Opening of a new school in Eyur Village, School of Shahid Yusefi 

In the suburbs of Kashmar, Khorasan Razavi, there is an area called Kuhe Sorkh. Village of Eyur in Kuhe Sorkh, has a population of 2627 residents. One of the donors of POUYA, after visiting the village of Eyur committed to rebuild a school with two class-room, according to the needs of the village.
The plans to develop the Shahid Yusefi Girls School were submitted and approved. Close to the initial planned completion date, following additional donations, 2 additional classrooms were built, named after Minu Sadat Alavi, mother of the family donating this cause, who had recently passed away.
The opening of the school was held on November 27th, 2019 and were accompanied by the founders, managers, and donors of POUYA, as well as the philanthropist family. Children of the village and future students of these villages welcomed the opening with great emotions after visiting their future school and classrooms. After visiting all of the school, a sitting with students, where poems were recited and students’ wishes were heard, a bonding environment was formed. After the opening, donors hosted all students and guests for lunch and invited the students for lunch for the following 15 days.
In addition to the two extra classes, the philanthropist family decided to renovate an old school that needs much work, and provide new equipment, such as desks for it. Also, discussions about building a multi-purpose hall were held, and decisions will be made after feasibility studies.
